Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bakerytrading.com and The Bakery community, operated by Breadman Capital LLC (“we,” “us”). By accessing the site or joining the community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Paid membership is purchased and managed through Whop. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Whop’s checkout terms in addition to these Terms. Membership grants access to members-only content and community spaces for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish members-only content (alerts, research, analytics) outside the community;
• harass, impersonate, or defraud other members;
• present community content as personalized investment advice to third parties;
• use the site or community for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation;
• attempt to circumvent access controls or interfere with site operation.

Contributors (“Bakers”) retain authorship and ownership of the content they create. By publishing on The Bakery, contributors grant Breadman Capital LLC a license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the site and affiliated channels. Site branding, design, and compilations are the property of Breadman Capital LLC. You may share links to public pages; you may not reproduce members-only content.

All content is educational and informational only. Our Risk Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; you are solely responsible for your own decisions.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abusive conduct, or unauthorized redistribution of content, with or without notice. You may cancel your membership at any time through Whop. Sections 4, 5, 7, and 8 survive termination.

The site and community are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breadman Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses arising from use of the site, the community, or any content published on either.
